Кабинет министров выделил средства на размещение позитивных публикаций об Украине в ведущих зарубежных средствах массовой информации.
Об этом говорится в постановлении от 3 июля "О внесении изменений в Порядок использования средств, предусмотренных в государственном бюджете для финансовой поддержки обеспечения международного позитивного имиджа Украины и осуществление мероприятий по поддержки связей с украинцами, проживающими за пределами Украины".
В частности, внесено дополнения относительно:
- обеспечения сотрудничества с руководящими зарубежными средствами массовой информации с целью размещения позитивных публикаций об Украине;
- организации и проведения за границей форумов, конференций, экспертных заседаний за круглым столом, пресс-мероприятий с целью донесения до зарубежной общественности информации о приоритетах внешней политики Украины;
- создания и установление в Вашингтоне (США) памятника жертвам Голодомора 1932-1933 годов в Украине;
- изготовление, транспортировку и установление памятника Тарасу Шевченко в Астане (Казахстан).
