Согласно декларации о доходах, опубликованной сами же политиком, Лев Миримский — собственник помещения на улице Артёма, 37, фактического адреса клуба «Красная шапочка».

Год назад в этом помещении находился ночной гей-клуб «ТЕМА Fashion club». По информации журналиста Александра Елецкого, "Красная шапочка" сменила "Тему" после того, как последний "попался" на педофилии и торговле кокаином - Миримский согласился ликвидировать гей-клуб в обмен на закрытие уголовного дела по статье «сексуальная эксплуатация несовершеннолетних».
