Власти Крыма требуют от журналистов не распространять негативных материалов во время проведения референдума.

Об этом говорится в документе с названием "Порядок аккредитации средств массовой информации 
для освещения хода голосования на общекрымском референдуме", пишет УП. 

Так в пункте 10 отмечается, что журналист аккредитованго СМИ обязан :

"В своей профессиональной деятельности использовать документально подтвержденные факты, соблюдать общепризнанные нормы журналистской этики, а также не распространять материалы негативного характера".

Кроме того, для аккредитации требует указание всего технического оборудования, которое будет использовано журналистом в работе.

 Журналист аккредитованного СМИ имеет право "проводить аудио-, видео-, кино- или фотосъемку на участке для голосования на общекрымском референдуме во время проведения голосования".

Кроме того, он имеет право "пользоваться технической аппаратурой, необходимой для проведения аудио-, видео-, кино- или фотосъемки". При этом не указано, к чему относится этот пункт.

Ранее уже были неоднократные случаи, когда про кремлевские "силовики" отбирали у журналистов всю аппаратуру без объяснения каких-либо причин.
