Перший заступник Генпрокурора Ренат Кузьмін написав наукову книгу про кримінальні справи опозиційних політиків і екс-президента Леоніда Кучми.

Свою наукову монографію, він анонсував журналістам у Берліні, пише Сегодня.

Називається праця — "Про використання політичного тиску в кримінальному судочинстві. Маніпуляція суспільною думкою як засіб уникнути карної відповідальності".

Зміст роботи, підготовленої на базі Нацакадемії внутрішніх справ України, приверне увагу широкої читацької аудиторії: автор детально препарує голосні кримінальні справи Юлії Тимошенко, Павла Лазаренка, Леоніда Кучми, Юрія Луценка, Георгія Филипчука, пише видання.

Куратором розслідування цих справ Кузьмін був протягом декількох років.

Кузьмін заявляє, що ні Тимошенко, ні Луценко не зазнали політрепресій, оскільки притягалися "за рядові кримінальні злочини".

"Книга написана заради справедливості, ніякої іншої мети не було. А справедливість — річ божественна", - зазначив автор.

Офіційно в Україні монографія буде представлена на науковій конференції в Харківській нацюракадемії 10 жовтня.

Але не виключено, що першими з нею познайомляться закордоном — інтерес до роботи виявили одразу кілька німецьких видавництв, переговори з якими й послужили приводом для приватної поїздки Кузьміна в Берлін.

У Кузьміна дві вищі освіта — юридична й журналістська.
