Лишенный полномочий депутата Верховной Рады Игорь Марков заявил, что будет принимать участие в президентской кампании в 2015 году, пишут Ukranews.
 
Он отметил, что на юго-востоке Украины уже сейчас начала формироваться мощная политическая сила, которую он возглавляет и которая примет участие в президентских выборах.
 
"Мы обязательно примем участие в президентской кампании-2015. Что касается моего участия, то я еще буду определяться, в каком формате буду участвовать в президентских выборах", – заявил он.
 
По его сведениям, сейчас действующая власть прилагает максимальные усилия, чтобы отменить прямые президентские выборы и ввести выборы главы государства в парламенте.
 
Марков призвал оппозицию объединить усилия и не допустить такого сценария.
 
Ранее он заявил, что готов снова баллотироваться на выборах депутата Рады в своем мажоритарном округе.
 

Аппарат Верховной Рады не будет блокировать карточку Игоря Маркова, поскольку в решении суда нет соответствующей рекомендации.

Об этом заявил глава регламентного комитета Владимир Макеенко, зачитав на брифинге соответствующее решение Высшего админсуда.

По его словам, в отличие от таких же решений относительно депутатов Балоги и Домбровского, в нынешнем решении не содержится рекомендация ВР относительно блокирования карточки Маркова.

А потому он будет оставаться формально депутатом до распоряжения ЦИК о лишении его мандата.

"Сегодня мы ждем на постановление ЦИК с рекомендациями относительно дальнейших действий в отношении Маркова, заблокировать ему карточку, или нет", - добавил Макеенко.

Как известно, 12 сентября Высший админсуд обязал ЦИК лишить мандата депутата Рады Игоря Маркова. После этого фракцию Партии регионов. Карточка для голосования еще остается у Маркова.

Раньше через суд были лишены депутатского мандата Александр Домбровский и Павел Балога, хотя срок обжалования их избрания к тому времени закончилось, сотаслся только Европейский суд по правам человека. Спикер Владимир Рыбак таки вынужден был отобрать у них карточки для голосования.

 
12 сентября Высший админсуд признал невозможным достоверно установить результаты выборов депутата Рады в округе №133 (Одесса), где был признан победителем Марков, а также признал отсутствующими у Маркова статус и полномочия депутата.
