Суд змінив опозиціонеру і екс-кандидату в мери Москви Олексію Навальному покарання з реального на умовне.

Таке рішення було винесено у середу Кіровським обласним судом, передають РИА Новости.

Також на умовне суд змінив покарання і його співучаснику Петру Офицерову.

Раніше 18 липня Ленінський суд Кірова визнав винними Навального та підприємеця Петра Офіцерова в справі про розкрадання майна КОГУП "Кіровлєс".

Суд засудив опозиціонера Олексія Навального до 5 років позбавлення волі в колонії загального режиму. Офіцеров, який має 5 дітей, був засуджений до 4 років позбавлення волі.

Крім того, суд змінив їм запобіжний захід, тому вони обоє були взяті під варту в залі суду. 

19 липня суд у Кірові задовольнив апеляцію прокуратури про зміну запобіжного заходу Олексію Навальному на підписку про невиїзд, оскільки Навальний брав участь у вибориах мера Москви.
