Власники американського видавничого дому Forbes Media LLC, який володіє журналом Forbes, задумалися про продаж видання.

Про це повідомляє "Лігабізнесінформ" з посиланням на Bloomberg.

За інформацією видання, Стів Форбс почав обговорювати продаж після того, як до Forbes виявили інтерес потенційні покупці.

Партнером видавничого дому при здійсненні угоди, від якої власники Forbes планують виручити не менше 400 млн доларів, може стати Deutsche Bank AG.

У 2012 році Forbes заробив від продажу реклами 275 млн доларів. З 2008 року цей показник скоротився на 19%.

Forbes, що виходить в США з 1917 року - одне з найавторитетніших видань про бізнес. Журнал присвячений успішним підприємцям, в ньому також регулярно публікуються рейтинги найбільших компаній і найбагатших людей.

Як повідомлялося, українська версія журналу Forbes-Україна, а також однойменний сайт належать медіахолдингу UMH, який нещодавно був куплений групою компаній ВЕТЕК Сергія Курченко - менше тижня тому президент UMH group Борис Ложкін оголосили про дострокове закриття угоди з купівлі 99,9% акцій компанії UMH.
