Журналисты зафиксировали факт возможного неперсонального голосования народным депутатом от Партии регионов Татьяны Бахтеевой. Об этом свидетельствует фото, предоставленное движением ЧЕСНО. 

На фото видно, как 19 сентября во время голосования за возвращение к рассмотрению проекта постановления об увольнении судей (№ 3272-1) и повторного голосования Бахтеева сначала голосовала за себя, а затем, прикрывшись газеткой, проделывала странные манипуляции на месте для голосования своего соседа Станислава Скубашевского. 

При этом она улыбалась журналистам, которые ее снимали.

В обоих случаях карта Скубашевского проголосовала "за".
