Что предлагают изменить в местных выборах

До конца сессии парламент намерен принять новый закон о местных выборах, проведение которых ожидается этой осенью. Президент Петр Порошенко твердо заявил, что выборы состоятся, а депутаты должны решить, по каким правилам они пройдут.
