Печерський районний суд Києва відмовив у задоволені позову телеканалу "1+1" до Петра Порошенка. 

Представники телекомпанії просили суд зобов’язати п'ятого президента України спростувати нібито недостовірну інформацію, яка, на їхню думку, впливає на ділову репутацію телеканалу та підриває його авторитет в очах глядачів глядачів.

Мова йде про вислови Петра Порошенка щодо роботи медіагрупи в прямому ефірі на одному із ЗМІ під час виборчої кампанії у 2019 році. Тоді п'ятий президент звинуватив "плюси" в поширенні неправди про нього.

"Рішення Печерського суду винесене з повним дослідженням, вивченням доказів, наданих сторонами, і це дійсно законне рішення в цій справі. Було дуже багато доказів, які були у справі також з нашої сторони, проведене експертне дослідження тих висловлювань, які робив Петро Порошенко і фахівці експертної установи, дали висновок, який підтвердив, що висловлювання Петра Порошенка мали винятково оцінні судження", – заявила адвокатка Петра Порошенка Ганна Коновалова.
