«Аерофлот» уклав угоду з авіакомпанією iFly про оренду трьох широкофюзеляжних літаків Airbus A330 в рамках «мокрого лізингу». Це означає, що літаки надаються разом з екіпажами. 

Росавіація повідомила, що ці літаки будуть використовуватись для рейсів по росії, а загальна кількість таких літаків у парку «Аерофлоту» досягне 15.

Цей крок став можливим через серйозні проблеми російських авіакомпаній з наявністю літаків. Через санкції та неможливість ремонтувати та обслуговувати старі літаки, а також майже повну відсутність нових виробництв в країні, авіакомпанії вимушені орендувати літаки у інших операторів.  

Вперше в росії це рішення використовується саме через дефіцит власних суден, адже через міжнародні санкції ремонти літаків у росії стали ускладнені, а виробництво нових моделей — майже неможливим.
