Ексочільник Головного управління СБУ в АР Крим Олег Кулініч, якого обвинувачують у державній зраді та співпраці з російськими спецслужбами, заявив, що працював у виборчому штабі тоді ще кандидата в президенти Володимира Зеленського. Про це він заявив журналістам УП

За його словами, у 2019 році він працював у виборчому штабі кандидата в президенти Володимир Зеленського, де нібито і познайомився з Іваном Бакановим.

Справу проти себе Кулініч називає сфабрикованою, а записи розмов із Сівковичем - змонтованими.

Нагадаємо, 5 квітня 2023 року ДБР і СБУ заявили про завершення розслідування справи Олега Кулініча, якого обвинувачують у державній зраді та співпраці з російськими спецслужбами. Опубліковано перехоплення розмов Кулініча із його куратором Сівковичем, під час яких вони обговорюють посилення впливу на СБУ.

У лютому щодо колишнього голови Баканова було проведено службову перевірку, результатів якої не розголошували. В ДБР заявили, що перевірка не виявила в діях Баканова порушень в межах справи Кулініча.
