Громадські активісти у масках одіозних корупціонерів режиму Януковича під парламентом вимагали створення антикорупційного Бюро.

Активісти принесли під стіни Верховної Ради "золоті батони" та закликали народних депутатів розглянути та ухвалити законопроект про Антикорупційне Бюро, що має розслідувати корупційні злочини високопосадовців.

"Тільки корумповані чиновники проти антикорупційного бюро", - зазначає Дар’я Каленюк, виконавчий директор Центру протидії корупції.

​​"Хто з них віддасть перевагу батону, а не закону, знатимемо вже завтра – у передостанній робочий день Ради, - додала вона.

Активісти переконані, що "один з найважливіших антикорупційних законопроектів за всю історію незалежної України" має бути проголосований чинним складом парламенту, в якому зібралися "найбільша кількість корупціонерів за всю історію українського парламентаризму".

Створення такого органу є основою всієї антикорупційної реформи, так як дозволить провести неупереджені розслідування корупційних злочинів політичної еліти, включно з притягненням до відповідальності високопосадовців та конфіскацією корупційно набутих статків, зазначають активісти.

"Якщо спікер не поставить на голосування, а парламент не підтримає законопроект про створення Бюро, виборці отримають від нас чіткий сигнал неготовності чинних та майбутніх народних обранців до зміни системи. Вони і далі боротимуться з дрібними хабарниками, в той час як Україна займатиме перші місця в рейтингу найбільш корумпованих країн світу", - стверджує Олексій Хмара, голова Трансперансі Інтернешл Україна.

Наразі в парламенті зареєстровано два законопроекти (№4780 та №4780-1) про створення Антикорупційного Бюро.

Окремо реєстрації очікує ще один проект закону, розроблений Кабінетом міністрів за участі експертів з "Реанімаційного пакету реформ" та поданий президентом до парламенту 4 вересня.

​​"Всі вони сходяться в одному – в Україні потрібно створити незалежний від будь-якої гілки влади спеціалізований орган для боротьби з корупцією саме серед високопосадовців. Найкраще міжнародним стандартам щодо незалежності та ефективності відповідає президентський законопроект" - підсумовує Каленюк.

Відповідно до домовленостей з МВФ, законопроект про створення Антикорупційного Бюро повинен бути схвалений в парламенті до кінця жовтня. За умов підтримки законопроекту про створення нового органу нинішнім складом Верховної Ради, він був би створений вже до кінця поточного року – а саме за 3 місяці.
