Платформу «Телеграм» часто використовують для розповсюдження забороненого контенту й тиску на українців, а тому такі канали поширення інформації потребують регулювання.

Про це заявив представник Головного управління розвідки Міноборони Андрій Юсов в інтерв’ю Центру протидії дезінформації.

«Сьогодні дуже часто Telegram використовується, як легалізований darknet, в якому можна знайти все: від продажу наркотиків до дитячої порнографії», — зауважив він.

Крім того, за допомогою ІПСО через анонімні телеграм-канали намагаються тиснути і впливати на українських громадян, і як наголосив представник ГУР, держава не повинна і не може собі дозволити просто мовчки за цим спостерігати.

«Я не буду використовувати гучних слів про заборону. Але унормувати та деанонімізувати подібні інструменти безумовно потрібно. Якщо у нас є достатньо суворі вимоги до традиційних ЗМІ: друкованих, онлайн і телебачення, — чому цих вимог не повинно бути до інших платформ, які зосереджені на поширенні інформації, яка впливає на нашу з вами безпеку», — резюмував Юсов.

Представник ГУР повідомив, що росіяни також використовують для масованих вкидів свого інформаційного продукту платформу «Tікток». Адміністрація цієї соцмережі йде на контакт з українськими представниками щодо реагування на подібні кампанії.
