Народний депутат Андрій Артеменко заявив, що так званий План примирення України з Росією був ініціативою Радикальної партії.

Під час прес-конференції у Верховній Раді Артеменко зазначив, що лідер Радикальної партії Олег Ляшко мав би їхати з ним у США на інавгурацію та на усі зустрічі з українською діаспорою, сенаторами та близьким оточенням Трампа, повідомляє Громадське.

"Але після того, що трапилось, наша фракція не пройшла це випробування", - сказав депутат.

Він також додав що "плана Артеменка" не існує".

"Плана Артеменка" не існує. Хто його бачив? Що там написано? Я домігся свого: за останній тиждень стільки згадок Криму й Донбасу по всьому світу", - сказав він.

Раніше The New York Times повідомила, що за тиждень до відставки радник президента США з національної безпеки Майкл Флінн отримав план на зняття санкцій з Росії, складений наближеними до Дональду Трампу Майклом Коеном і Феліксом Сатером, а також українським депутатом Артеменком.

У той же час, особистий адвокат Трампа Майкл Коен спростував передачу Білому дому пакету пропозицій щодо Криму і скасування антиросійських санкцій.

У свою чергу, лідер Радикальної партії Олег Ляшко заявив, що позиція Артеменка не збігається з його позицією і позицією фракції. На засіданні Радикальної партії було прийнято рішення про виключення депутата Артеменка з парламентської фракції.

21 лютого спікер Верховної Ради Андрій Парубій оголосив з трибуни про виключення Артеменко з фракції Радикальної партії.

У свою чергу Артеменко підтвердив, що був притягнутий США до переговорів по вирішенню конфлікту в Україні, однак заявив, що не передавав ніякого плану в Білий дім.
