Австралійські канали погодились транслювати щоденні англомовні програми про Україну, щоб протидіяти російській пропаганді. Про це у коментарі медіапорталу української діаспори Vidia повідомив голова Союзу українських організацій Австралії (СУОА) Стефан Романів.

Поки ще не відомо, які саме програми можуть виходити у ефірі австралійського телебачення, але є домовленості про півгодинні англомовні програми.

У наступні два тижні делегація української діаспори з Австралії проведе низку зустрічей з українськими урядовцями і представниками Адміністрації Президента, щоб знайти спосіб боротьби з російською пропагандою.

Не виключено, що в ефір австралійських каналів можуть вийти програми каналу Ukraine Today чи інших.
