Министерство информации Беларуси не нашло случаев дезинформации и оговоров в отношении украинских и белорусских событий со стороны центральных российских телеканалов. Об этом говорится в ответе мининформации Беларуси за подписьюзамминистра Сергея Хильмана пресс-секретарю ОО "Белорусская ассоциация журналистов" Борису Горецкому.

В своем обращении Горецкий просил Министерство информации проанализировать сюжет "Первого канала" "Беженка из Славянска вспоминает, как при ней казнили маленького сына и жену ополченца" на предмет нарушения закона "О СМИ" и поднять вопрос о прекращении трансляции в Беларуси российских каналов, систематически нарушающих данный закон.

 
Мининформации "не имеет права комментировать нарушения законодательства о СМИ Российской Федерации редакцией" Первого канала "", - пишет замминистра.
 
Мининформ, по его словам, может отозвать лицензию у телеканала или радиопрограммы только в случаях грубого нарушения ими законодательства Республики Беларусь о лицензировании: если лицензированы деятельность осуществляется в целях, что "противоречат интересам Республики Беларусь" и когда вещание содержит сведения, "распространение которых запрещено или ограничен законодательством".
