Білоруського TikTok блогера Андрія Белявського засудили до двох років колонії загального режиму через ролики, у яких він начебто ображає нелегітимного президента РБ Олександра Лукашенка.

 

Про це повідомили у білоруському правозахисному центрі “Вясна”.

Зазначається, що блогера звинуватили у порушенні ст. 368 кримінального кодексу Білорусі. Суддя Антон Дудаль оголосив вирок через декілька годин після того, як розпочався розгляд справи.

За версією звинувачення, 20 та 26 січня 2022 року, 45-річний Андрій Белявський у соцмережі виклав відеоролики “з образами у бік Олександра Лукашенка”.

Затримали Белявського 28 квітня прямо на роботі – у магазині “Велоспрортмейстер”, який йому і належить.

Разом з Белявським був його неповнолітній син, якого згодом передали бабусі та дідусю. Після того, як Белявського затримали, силовики зламали його акаунт у TikTok.

На суді блогер свою провину повністю визнав. Державний обвинувач вимагав для нього два роки колонії загального режиму і суд призначив таке покарання.
