Очільник Головного управління розвідки МОУ Кирило Буданов каже, що месенджер Telegram становить проблему для національної безпеки України.

Про це повідомляє генерал-лейтенант Буданов на форумі Kyiv Stratcom Forum 2024, якого цитує hromadske

Пряма мова: "Тобто у нас будь-яка людина може зробити канал, почати на ньому писати все, що їй заманеться, а коли щось починають робити, прикриватися тим, що це свобода ЗМІ. Та це не свобода ЗМІ, це трошки інакше називається".

Деталі: Буданов також додав, що він проти утисків свободи слова, але не тоді, коли будь-хто може зробити канал і писати "все, що йому заманеться".

Проте, за його словами, Telegram допомагає інформаційно впливати на людей на тимчасово окупованих територіях:

"Він багато в чому завдає руйнівного ефекту тут усередині, але так само завдяки йому можна щось доносити до людей на окупованих територіях. Це те, що більш-менш працює", – зазначив керівник ГУР.
