Медіакомпанії Egeda, Mediaset España, A3 Media й Movistar Plus звинувачують Telegram у поширенні контенту, який захищений авторськими правами. Національний суд Іспанії виніс постанову заблокувати месенджер Telegram у країні на час розгляду позову й проведення додаткового розслідування.

Відповідну постанову ухвалили, оскільки месенджер не надав на запит суду потрібної інформації. Судова постанова стосується всіх операторів звʼязку Іспанії.

25 березня іспанський суд відклав виконання свого рішення про блокування Telegram через критику від групи захисту прав споживачів Facua. У Facua зазначили, що відповідне рішення завдасть користувачам платформи «величезної шкоди».

Уявіть, Телеграм використовують 19% населення Іспанії, тому блокування такого месенджеру точно не залишиться непомітним. Хоч якщо воно буде тимчасовим.
