Президент Росії Володимир Путін підписав закон, який дозволяє позбавляти депутатів Держдуми мандатів за прогули.

Документ розміщений на офіційному інтернет-порталі правової інформації, пише Українська правда

"Повноваження депутата Держдуми можуть бути припинені достроково рішенням Держдуми з ініціативи фракції, в якій він перебуває у відповідності зі статтею 71 цього Закону, або з ініціативи комітету, членом якого він є, у разі невиконання протягом 30 і більше календарних днів обов'язків, передбачених статтями 8 і 12 цього закону", - йдеться в тексті.

У документі наголошується, що рішення про припинення повноважень депутата оформляється постановою Державної Думи, в якому визначається день припинення його повноважень.

Документ був ухвалений Державною Думою і схвалений Радою Федерації Росії.
