Держдума РФ у третьому і остаточному читанні прийняла закон, який посилює відповідальність за участь у діяльності "небажаних" організацій, повідомляє "Meduza", яка маркує себе як ЗМІ, що виконує "функції іноземного агента"
Тепер у Росії кримінальна відповідальність за участь у діяльності таких організацій для їхніх рядових членів буде наступати після першого притягнення за адміністративною статтею, а не після другого, а для їхніх керівників – відразу.
Крім цього, за надання фінансових послуг "небажаній" організації чи пожертвування на її адресу передбачаються обов'язкові або примусові роботи або позбавлення волі на строк від 1-го до 5-ти років.
9 червня Держдума прийняла закон, який забороняє громадянам Росії брати участь у роботі "небажаних" організацій, навіть якщо вони перебувають за кордоном. Цей же закон дозволить Росфінмоніторингу отримувати інформацію про будь-які перекази з-за кордону.
