Власти "ДНР" сегодня утром направили в Бюро по демократическим институтам и правам человека (БДИПЧ) ОБСЕ приглашение наблюдать за выборами 18 октября. Об этом заявил "руководитель администрации Главы" "ДНР" Максим Лещенко.

«По распоряжению Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко сегодня утром в адрес БДИПЧ ОБСЕ было направлено официальное приглашение представителям организации для мониторинга выборов в органы местного самоуправления ДНР», — отметил он в комментарии, поступившем в Донецкое агентство новостей.
