Найбільша японська компанія із телефонії SoftBank Corp планує створити для кол-центрів нейронну мережу, яка буде пом’якшувати різкі висловлювання незадоволених клієнтів. Тож життя операторів стане трішки спокійнішим.

Про це розповідає Business Insider. 

Зараз компанія тестує нейронну мережу у себе та серед деяких клієнтів. Повноцінно запустити продукт на ринок планують у 2026-му. 

“Ми працюємо над розробкою рішення, яке зможе надавати голосу клієнта спокійний розмовний тон і передавати його нашим працівникам за допомогою технологій розпізнавання емоцій та обробки голосу на основі штучного інтелекту”, – повідомили в SoftBank.

“За допомогою цього засобу ми прагнемо підтримувати добрі стосунки з клієнтами через ефективне спілкування, і при цьому забезпечити психологічне благополуччя наших працівників”, – кажуть у компанії. 

Ну, відзначають журналісти, принаймні для працівників кол-центрів це ще одна хороша новина. Отже їх не звільнять і не замінять програмами типу Chat GPT. Принаймні, поки що.
