Під час Революції Гідності Дубінський займався створенням антимайданівських фейків на замовлення найближчого оточення тодішнього міністра доходів і зборів Олександра Клименка.

 
11 січня 2021 року Міністерство фінансів США з контролю за іноземними активами ввело санкції проти Дубінського через втручання у президентські вибори в Сполучених Штатах 2020 року, зазначивши, що він є «частиною пов'язаної з Росією мережі іноземного впливу».
