Разом із стратегією HR-бренду змінилась і айдентика. Символом компанії став тетрапод, який відомий своєю стійкістю та здатністю зберігати рівновагу за будь-яких умов.
Також команда I AM IDEA сфокусувалась на простоті та чіткості візуальної комунікації з лаконічною кольоровою палітрою чорного, білого та фіолетового. Фіолетовий став ключовим елементом, що підкреслює ідею нового слогана компанії «Focus on Main».
