Мишель Терещенко, является потомком сахарозаводчиков из Украины. Он уже 12 лет живет здесь, занимаясь фермерским делом.

Но право считать украинским гражданином Терещенко получил лишь весной 2015 года. Почти 65% избирателей отдали за него голоса. Напомним, что 5 лет должность главы Глухова занимал Юрий Бурлака.
