Генерал Служби безпеки України Віктор Трепак передав у Національне антикорупційне бюро документи, що доводять корупцію і зв'язок між керівниками вищих ешелонів влади при президентові Вікторі Януковичу.

"Значна частина цих матеріалів - "амбарна книга" корупційних виплат, які систематично здійснювалися за рахунок "чорної каси" "Партії регіонів", - розповів він в інтерв'ю ZN.ua.

Як зазначив Трепак, на підставі документів можна довести, що Янукович прийшов до влади незаконно і не був легітимним президентом України. Документи також розкривають, що в 2010 році приходу Януковича до влади підіграв і чинний на той час гарант.

За наявною інформацією, політична партія Януковича витратила на хабарі та інші підкупи близько 2 млрд доларів

"Хабарі на суму 500 тис. або 1 млн доларів були не нормою. Часто вони досягали 5, 8 і навіть 20 млн. Готівкою в доларах", - зазначив Трепак.

Серед фігурантів цих матеріалів - посадові особи вищого рівня, міністри і керівники відомств, народні депутати, відомі політики, громадські діячі, представники міжнародних організацій, судді, в тому числі вищих судових інстанцій.

Документи також свідчать про участь у становленні режиму Януковича ЦВК, парламенту, судів, перш за все Вищого адміністративного суду і Конституційного суду.

Однак, за словами генерала, головні корупціонери досі не покарані. Більш того, "багато хто з них глибоко інтегровані в нинішню владу".

Генерал СБУ також зазначив, що на підкуп співробітників таких структур, як "Беркут", виділялися колосальні кошти задовго до подій 2013 - 2014 років.

Передані в НАБУ матеріали, на його думку, дозволяють глибше зрозуміти роль силових структур у становленні та існуванні режиму Януковича.
