Печерський суд Києва надав слідчому Головної військової прокуратури Генпрокуратури тимчасовий доступ до інформації та документів компанії Google, розміщених на YouTube, повідомляє Громадське.ТВ

Про це йдеться в ухвалі суду від 10 грудня 2015 року. Згідно з матеріалами визначення, прокуратура веде розслідування за порушеними кримінальними справами.

Зокрема, досудовим розслідуванням встановлено, що 5 грудня невстановлені особи без дозволу прокурора і слідчого опублікували дані досудового розслідування з ознаками злочинів.

Печерський суд дозволив слідчим отримати дані Google про те, з якої IP-адреси, хоста електронної пошти на сервер youtube.com надійшли вказані файли з відеозаписами.

Крім того, слідчі можуть запросити інформацію про користувача: повні анкетні дані, його електронну адресу із зазначенням IP адреси і хоста, а також самі файли з відеозаписами.
