Російська служба «Голосу Америки» найняла пропагандиста з НТВ, який неодноразово їздив на окуповані території Донбасу та знімав сюжети про «ополченцев». 

Колишній воєнний кореспондент Гаррі Княгницький працює у філії американської телерадіослужби щонайменше з листопада 2022 року. Його взяли на роботу попри те, що він роками створював фейки про «геноцид жителів Донбасу» на замовлення підсанкційного держканалу НТВ. Також він встиг попрацювати на нью-йоркську редакцію російського телеканалу RTVI. Там він також виправдовував агресію росії проти України. 

Kyiv Post пише, що 15 співробітників «Голосу Америки» вже направили американським конгресменам відкритого листа, в якому закликають менеджмент мовника переглянути призначення Княгницького та журналістки Дарії Давидової, якій закидають легітимізацію анексії Криму. 

Джерела «Детектора медіа» стверджують, що менеджера, який найняв Давидову, вже звільнили. З приводу Княгницького керівництво російської служби начебто хоче зам’яти скандал.
