Співзасновник та головний редактор миколаївського онлайн-видання «Свідок.info» Андрій Прокопенко пішов захищати Україну. Про це повідомив ІМІ.

Медійник зазначив, що ухвалив рішення мобілізуватися, оскільки не бачить сенсу у своїй роботі в цивільній медіасфері. Після навчання Андрій Прокопенко служитиме в морській піхоті.

Редакція онлайн-видання «Свідок.info», яке було засноване ще в 2016 році, наразі призупиняє активну роботу, оскільки на сайті не залишається журналістів. Ресурс підтримуватиме партнер-співзасновник Прокопенка.

«На сайті не залишаються журналісти. У мене є партнер-співзасновник, який слідкуватиме за сайтом і утримуватиме його на мінімалках. Тобто, по факту буде утримуватись архів з якоюсь мінімальною роботою. Можливо, пізніше зможе відновити більш активну діяльність», — розповів медійник.
