 Компанія планує зробити свій пошуковик більш «візуальним, зручним і людяним», зробивши акцент на молоду аудиторію: прагне додати до пошуку короткі відео TikTok, пости в соціальних мережах і відповіді чат-бота на основі штучного інтелекту.

У такий спосіб Google хоче давати користувачам «більше, ніж відповіді» на запити, допомагаючи, навіть «коли правильної відповіді немає».

Головне, щоб після такої реформи пошукова видача не перетворилась на хаос та була візуально зрозумілою та простою, як зараз.
