Слідство встановило, що службовці компанії у період з 2021 до 2023 року ухилились від сплати податків в особливо великих розмірах.

Після початку розслідування цей оператор азартних ігор вирішив відшкодувати збитки та перерахував до бюджету 1,066 мільярда гривень.

Під час досудового розслідування детективи оголосили підозру керівнику підприємства. Згодом прокурори скерували до суду клопотання про звільнення від кримінальної відповідальності через відшкодування збитків. Судовий розгляд клопотання триває.

Назву компанії БЕБ не вказує, описуючи її лише як «відомого оператора азартних ігор». Forbes пише, що мова може йти про Parimatch.
