Радіогрупа «ТАВР Медіа» («Хіт FM», Кiss FM, «Радіо Байрактар», «Наше радіо», Radio Roks, «Мелодія FM» та Relax) через велику війну скоротила колектив. Про під час конференції National Media Talk розказав Ігор Чернишов, голова правління радіогрупи.

«Знаєте скільки ми заробили у березні?», – розказує Ігор Чернишов, – «1,5 тисячі гривень за місяць заробили дев’ять  радіостанцій. Ми рекламували плівки бронебійні для вікон. Це було єдине наше замовлення».

Зараз, за його словами ситуація краща «як у найгірший рік ковіду»: «Тоді ми вважали це дном, а зараз супер результатом».

Саме тому медіагрупи були змушені скорочувати видатки та своїх співробітників. «Тавр медіа» скоротив штат до 40%, а зарплату на 80%.

«Люди отримують 20%. Багатьом цього не вистачає на житло і вони пішли у відпустку за власний рахунок», – каже Ігор.

У вересні радіогрупа отримала 20%  доходів у порівнянні з минулим роком. «Тих грошей нам не вистачає, щоб покрити технічне мовлення, заплатити Концерну РРТ та трансляцію мовлення», – додав він.
