У Харкові розпочато перше кримінальне провадження за підкуп виборців. Про це повідомили у прокуратурі Київського району Харкова.

Прокуратурою Київського району Харкова внесено до ЄРДР відомості про кримінальне правопорушення за ч. 1 ст. 157 КК України (перешкоджання здійсненню виборчого права).

Як повідомив прокурор району Олександр Бударний, з заявою про злочин до прокуратури звернувся представник одного з кандидатів у народні депутати України.

"Чоловік заявив, що 20 та 21 вересня у приміщенні однієї зі шкіл району невідомі особи роздавали харків’янам продуктові набори. До них також додавалася передвиборча листівка одного з кандидатів у депутати Верховної Ради України", - розповів прокурор.

Наразі триває досудове розслідування, хід якого контролює прокуратура Київського району.

Раніше в мережі з’явилися повідомлення про те, що у Харкові роздають гречку та інші продукти в пакеті разом із листівкою кандидата в народні депутати по округу 169, регіонала Володимира Скоробогача.
