Мільйон гривень, який депутат “ОПЗЖ” Ілля Кива начебто отримав за здачу в оренду жомової ями, конфіскував Вищий антикорупційний суд.
Про рішення суду стало з пресцентру Вищого антикорупційного суду та Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури.
Зазначається, що 13 серпня 2021 року ВАКС задоволив позов виконувача обов’язків начальника відділу управління САП Демківа Д.М. про визнання необґрунтованими активів у сумі понад 1,2 млн гривень, що належать народному депутату України та стягнення їх відповідно до українського законодавства в дохід держави.
Суд встановив, що нардеп, попри те, що він не є власником об’єктів нерухомості (жомова яма) та не маючи компетентності щодо володіння, користування та розпорядження ним, передав вищевказане майно в оренду фірмі з ознаками фіктивності.
