Штучний інтелект створив нову кавову суміш для компанії Kaffa Roastery. Це третій за величиною обжарювач кави у Фінляндії. Створений нейромережею купаж отримав назву AI-conic.

У розробці суміші брали участь передові моделі, схожі на ChatGPT і Copilot. Їхнім завданням було створення такого купажу, який би повністю задовольнив смаки поціновувачів кави, але при цьому дозволив їм вийти за рамки звичних поєднань.

Штучний інтелект відібрав чотири види кавових зерен з Бразилії, Колумбії, Ефіопії та Гватемали. За основу було взято бархатистий сорт “Фазенда Піналь” (Fazenda Pinhal) з Бразилії.

Крім цього, нейромережа також створила етикетку для пакування та опис товару. А отже, AI-conic подається як “збалансована суміш солодкості та стиглих фруктів”.

За словами експертів з Kaffa Roastery, вже після першого пробного обсмажування та сліпого тестування вони зрозуміли, що “технологічна суміш ідеальна” і не потребує людського втручання.

Як зазначив Антті Мерілехто, представник консалтингової компанії Elev, проєкт AI-conic — це приклад того, як штучний інтелект може відкрити нові можливості для професіоналів кави і запропонувати нові смакові враження споживачам.
