Найбільший в Індії сайт 91Mobiles, присвячений гаджетам та технологіям, закрив доступ для росіян. Відвідати його, маючи російську IP-адресу, неможливо.

Індійський ресурс перестав відкриватися у росії 22 серпня.Сайт не відкривається по всій росії, незалежно від міста, області, часового поясу чи інтернет-провайдера. Про офіційні причини блокування ресурсу для росіян нічого не відомо.

У червні США розширили санкції проти росії, заборонивши надання низки послуг у сфері інформаційних технологій.

Із 12 вересня буде заборонено надавати російській стороні IT-консалтинг, проєктування та IT-підтримку для програмного забезпечення, що використовується в управлінні підприємствами, проєктуванні та виробництві.

Заборони стосуються як експорту та реекспорту послуг зі США, так і постачання цих послуг будь-якою пов'язаною зі США особою, незалежно від її розташування. Винятки передбачені лише для компаній, які перебувають під контролем громадян США.
