Консервативна партія Канади зняла з виборів Блейра Дейла, свого кандидата від Ньюфаундленда, після оприлюднення його образливих коментарів у соцмережах.

Про це йдеться у повідомленні Консервативної партії Канади, повідомляє Укрінформ.

"Провладна партія була вимушена виключити Дейла зі списку своїх кандидатів після того, як підбірку його коментарів з різних онлайн ресурсів опублікував блогер Роберт Яго. Із підбірки слідує, що Дейл відкритий до тісного спілкування з людьми, залежними від легких наркотиків. Також він відстоював позицію, що аборти слід дозволяти лише жертвам згвалтувань, залишав расистські та сексуально образливі коментарі", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Раніше викриття цього ж блогера вже змусили зняти з виборів іншого кандидата від консервативної партії - Тіма Дутайда.

Цікаво, що після того, як консерватори зняли Дейла з виборів, Яго опублікував у своєму блозі лист із засудженням таких дій.

"Я ще ніколи не був такий злий на партію, як зараз. Вони борються проти власних кандидатів, які стільки роблять для партії… Я не мав на меті відкликання кандидатів. Я хочу, аби ці люди залишилися у бюлетені", - написав він.

Нагадаємо: федеральні вибори у Канаді пройдуть 19 жовтня. При цьому остаточні списки кандидатів кожна партія має подати до 28 вересня.
