Амбасадоркою надання «Київській перепічці» статусу нематеріальної культурної спадщини стала акторка Ірма Вітовська-Ванца. Разом із драматургинею Наталією Ворожбит вона створила моновиставу, де столичний фастфуд виступає ключовим персонажем.
