Мер столиці не уявляє, скільки коштів треба виділити на проведення виборів до районних рад Києва.

Кличко лише заявив, що це дуже дороге задоволення.

Крім цього, мер визнав, що кияни незадоволені, коли у залі засідань Киівради сидить не 120 депутатів, як того вимагає регламент, а менше половини.

"І це не дає змоги проводити засідання через відсутність кворуму", - сказав Кличко.

Нагадаємо, 23 липня Київрада прийняла в цілому проект рішення "Про управління районами в м. Києві".

В документі прописана мінімальна гранична кількість депутатів, яку може встановити Київрада без внесення Верховною Радою змін до діючих законодавчих актів, - 40-50 депутатів, в залежності від кількості населення району.
В доопрацьованому документі визначена компетенція райрад.
