Королева Данії Маргрете II вирішила піти з посади патрона премії Ганса Крістіана Андерсена через присутність у журі росіянки

Про це йдеться у матеріалі видання DR з посиланням на заяву Міжнародної ради з дитячої та юнацької книги IBBY,  яка кожні 2 роки присуджує Премію імені Ганса Крістіана Андерсена авторам та ілюстраторам дитячих книг.

Зазначається, що королева Маргрете II вирішила піти з посади патрона Премії, повідомляє Міжнародна рада з дитячої та юнацької книги IBBY. Також Премію вилучили зі списку іноземних патронатів королеви на сайті Королівського Дому.

Відповідне рішення королеви зумовлене тим, що головою журі премії ще у вересні 2022 року було призначено російську ілюстраторку Анастасію Архіпову. Це розділило організацію IBBY, яку було створено після Другої світової війни. Вона мала сприяти миру через культурний обмін.

Відомо, що локальні представництва організації IBBY Швеції, Фінляндії, Норвегії, Бельгії, Естонії, Латвії, Литви, Молдови та України намагалися домогтися відставки голови журі, росіянки Анастасії Архіпової, але поки що марно.

Премію Ганса Крістіана Андерсена називають "Нобелівською премією для дитячої літератури". Її заснували в 1956 році в Данії. Раз на 2 роки премію вручають найкращим письменникам та ілюстраторам та вважається найпрестижнішою для авторів дитячих творів. Серед відомих митців, які отримували цю премію, Астрід Ліндгрен, Джанні Родарі, Туве Янссон.
