Російські пропагандистські телеканали, починаючи з 14 лютого, різко скоротили кількість згадувань у своїх сюжетах президента США Дональда Трампа.

Так, вивчивши ефіри 1 каналу, Росії-1 і НТВ в період з 1 по 20 лютого, служба моніторингу прийшла до висновку, що з 14 лютого зазначені ЗМІ згадували главу Білого дому від шести разів (середа) до 12 разів (п'ятниця).

При цьому в перші два тижні лютого кремлівські телеканали згадували Трампа від 23 до 36 разів на день.

Як зазначається, такі заходи відповідають новій установці з Кремля, яка вимагає "не надавати внутрішньо американському порядку денному більшого значення, ніж російському".

Нагадаємо, раніше повідомлялося, що Кремль наказав державним каналам припинити хвалити Трампа.

Відповідне рішення "стримати публічні очікування" з приводу поліпшення відносин США і Росії з'явилося після звільнення радника американського президента Майкла Флінна. Він пішов у відставку на тлі скандалу через його контакти з російським послом в США.
