Комісія з журналістської етики подає скаргу на сюжет “Спеціальне дослідження: Україна: Маски революції”, продемонстрований Canal+

Комісія з журналістської етики звернеться до французьких колег із Альянсу незалежних прес-рад Європи (ASSOCIATION DE PREFIGURATION D'UN CONSEIL DE PRESSE EN FRANCE) зі скаргою на дії телеканала Canal+ та Поля Морейро (який представляється журналістом). Скарга стосуватиметься сюжету “Спеціальне дослідження: Україна: Маски революції” (випуск програми “Спеціальне розслідування” на телеканалі Canal+ http://www.mycanal.fr/…/…/6213473-special-investigation.html ), із проханням розглянути та дати оцінку відповідності нормам професійної етики журналіста дій журналіста та редактора, які готували та приймали рішення про показ сюжету.


КЖЕ вже має досвід подання скарг на дії журналістів з іншої країни та успішного розгляду таких скарг. Зокрема, у грудні 2013 року Комісія зверталась до Російської Суспільної колегії зі скарг на пресу (Общественная коллегия по жалобам на прессу Решение № 98 от 13 февраля 2014 года http://www.presscouncil.ru/…/3007-zhaloba-na-vesti-nedeli-s…), а у квітні 2014 року Комісія винесла рішення по скарзі Єреванського прес-клубу (ԵՐԵՎԱՆԻ ՄԱՄՈՒԼԻ ԱԿՈՒՄԲhttp://ypc.am/oldypc/bulletin/ln/ru/t/45884).
“Французська прес-рада висловила готовність розглянути скаргу в рамках співпраці органів саморегулювання Альянсу незалежних прес-рад Європи, членом якого є Комісія з журналістської етики. Скарга ґрунтуватиметься на матеріалах українських журналістів та журналістів інших країн, які обурені тенденційно підібраним відеорядом, синхронами, які перекручують зміст коментаря і, по суті, є спробами автора сюжету створити “доказову базу”, яка підтверджує їхні упередження”, - зазначає секретар Комісії з журналістської етики Тетяна Котюжинська.
