За інформацією журналістів, 10 травня Литва анулювала проросійському блогеру Анатолію Шарію статус біженця та оголосила нев'їзним

Про це повідомляють джерела "Європейської правди" та "РБК-Україна".

Співрозмовник "ЄП" нагадав, що Шарій отримав статус біженця у 2012 році.

"Він отримав статус біженця в Литві. Це було за часів Януковича, коли видавалося, що він втікає від режиму Януковича", - сказало джерело журналістів у правоохоронних органах.

Журналісти відзначають, що наразі не відомо, чи скористався Анатолій Шарій правом на оскарження рішення литовської влади.

Водночас журналісти "РБК-Україна" стверджують - одразу після анулювання Литвою документів адвокати Шарія зробили запит, щоб вивчити підстави такого рішення, і їм передали відповідні матеріали.

За наявною інформацією, Анатолій Шарій найняв одну з найдорожчих адвокатських компаній в Литві. Литовські юристи стверджують, що успішне оскарження цього рішення - малоймовірне. Це пов’язано із ґрунтовністю матеріалів та наявністю політичної підтримки цього рішення.

У 2015 році повідомлялося, що Литва розглядала можливість позбавлення статусу біженця Шарія після публікацій про його прокремлівську діяльність.

У 2012 році Шарій переконував литовську владу, що він переслідується з боку режиму президента Віктора Януковича. За його словами, він проводив розслідування про участь державних установ у наркобізнесі, тому проти нього були сфальсифіковані справи.
