Президент Франції Еммануель Макрон вирішив розіграти українську карту у спробі задовольнити фермерів. Під час візиту до Швеції він заявив:
"Ми просимо ввести чіткі заходи щодо імпорту з України, тому що сьогодні ми маємо речі за обсягом і якістю, які дестабілізують європейський ринок, незалежно від того, йдеться про курятину чи зернові".
