Онлайн-системи Укрзалізниці зазнали масштабної кібератаки і станом на ранок не працюють

Наразі онлайн-продажі квитків лишаються недоступними і протягом цього дня ще працюють в офлайн-режимі

-квитки продаються через каси.

-на 24 та 25 березня активовано продаж міжнародних квитків у касах (зазвичай – тільки онлайн);

-у крайньому випадку, якщо ви не встигаєте придбати квиток через касу – прямуйте безпосередньо до потяга. Поїзні бригади поінформовані, як оформляти ваш проїзд на місці (можуть не бути наявні місця всіх класів).

Якщо ви плануєте подорож пізніше, ніж ранкові рейси 25.03 не штурмуйте каси сьогодні. 

Усім, хто хоче повернути свій квиток на поїзд відправкою 24 березня, зробити це онлайн. Достатньо принаймні за годину до відправки вашого рейсу надіслати на пошту services.uz.gov.ua@gmail.com скан-копію або чітке фото вашого квитка та контактний номер телефону.
