Шевченківський районний суд Львова оголосив вирок місцевому мешканцю, начальнику ЛКП «Львівсвітло», який поширив у російській соцмережі «Однокласники» понад 100 комуністичних зображень. 

Як повідомляється в тексті судового вироку, чоловік з 2015 року по 1 червня 2022 року систематично публікував зображення із прапором червоного кольору з перехрещеними серпом і молотом та п’ятикутною зіркою над ними, портрет Леніна, абревіатури СССР та РСФСР, п’ятикутні червоні зірки з серпом та молотом всередині – загалом 102 зображення. Подібні зображення заборонені Законом України «Про засудження комуністичного та націонал-соціалістичного (нацистського) тоталітарних режимів в Україні та заборону пропаганди їхньої символіки» від 09.05.2015.

Підсудний визнав свою винуватість та уклав угоду зі слідством. Суд призначив йому 1 рік позбавлення волі, звільнивши від відбуття покарання з випробувальним терміном 1 рік.
