Копанія Meta випустила відкриту версію функції генератора подкастів, подібну до Google NotebookLM. Про це пише TechCrunch.

Проєкт під назвою NotebookLlama використовує власні моделі Meta Llama для більшої частини обробки. Генератор подкастів може створювати дайджести завантажених текстових файлів або джерел у стиль подкастів.

Спершу NotebookLlama створює стенограму PDF-файлу. Потім він додає «більше драматизації» та переривання перед подачею стенограми до відкритих моделей синтезу мовлення.

Генератор подкастів все ще знаходиться на початковій стадії, тому програмне забезпечення було випущено у відкритій версії, на відміну від NotebookLM від Google. Одним із обмежень є не надто природний тон розмови та голос, які використовує модель ШІ.

Окрім цього, NotebookLlama і NotebookLM схильні до «галюцинацій», навіть якщо користувач надає точні джерела вмісту для створення подкасту.
