Meta Platforms у четвер представила функцію відстеження за новинами WhatsApp Channels - першими доступ до каналів отримають користувачі в Колумбії та Сінгапурі.  Про це пише Reuters.

Протягом найближчих місяців Meta розширить доступність інструменту для користувачів в інших країнах.

У компанії заявили, що користувачі зможуть стежити за контентом про свої хобі, спортивні команди, новини від місцевих чиновників та інше.

Фотографії профілю та контактна інформація адміністратора каналу не будуть видимими для підписників. Аналогічно, підписники не бачитимуть своїх номерів телефонів.

Глобальними партнерами по запуску функції стануть Всесвітня організація охорони здоров'я, футбольні клуби "Барселона" та "Манчестер Сіті".
